What is the Hiring Process?
1. Meet our Account Manager
First we begin with introducing our account manager to yourself. We will gather the specific requirements that you may have in regards to recruitment. This helps our talent hunters once they begin sourcing the right candidate for you.
2. Start Advertisement Campaign
Then, we will begin the advertising campaigns. Advertising to our large candidate network, all of the major job boards & all social media advertising. Our marketing recruiters advertise to all talented potential candidates too.
3. Start Sourcing Talented Staff
Our talent hunters will then begin searching large databases of available candidates, matching their CV against your requirements. We always extensively interview the candidates before submitting them for review.
4. Shortlist Suitable Candidates
Once our marketing recruiters have submitted the candidates which they deem to be suitable. It will be up to you to shortlist the candidates for interview!
5. Interview Process
We will assist you in arranging the interview times, location, and method of interview. We organize interviews daily and consider ourself to be experts. Feel free to ask for support at any time, we will be happy to help.
6. Sending out the Offer Letter!
This is the best and final part of the process. Once the interviews have taken place and you have chosen your selected canddiate. It is time to send out the offer letter, changing a life!
